My forehand is far from my biggest problem, but I am trying incorporate a run up. My upper body doesn't want to follow my hips once I start really driving through and the tilt of my upper body is causing me to throw it up to high. I need to work on keeping my spine vertical during the process. I also need to smooth out the reach back. At one point the disc is upside down and I have to flip it over during the foward motion. Making that more linear might help with the wobble coming out the hand.

So my backhand is horrible. I have been forehand dominant since I started and now I would like to develop this part of my game. I am releasing it with nose to high so I guess I need to work on my grip. There is zero reachback happening. Believe it or not this is 8000% better than the first time I tried. I will probably set up a tarp to throw into and hopefully fix those two things.
